I
started with a Dragon 32 spending hours copying code out of a mag and
making
loads of mistakes......
Acorn
electron later with the PLUS pack, external floppy
My dad
then bought a top of the range, spending in excess of £1500, and from a
computer
show. An Olivetti 286 12.5Mhz, 1Mb Ram.
He
could of had either a 20Mb or 40Mb hard disk, but went for the 20Mb as the
guy
at the show said that "You'll NEVER fill
20Mb"!!!!!..............
I had an Oric-1 and then upgraded to the Oric
Atmos (still have it somewhere).
