IF you can't get ADSL then yes ... We had one phone line which I was
always tying up. Getting a second line in (in addition to the first)
actually worked out more expensive at the end of the day than getting in
Home Highway instead, and the H.H. is more flexible overall (if you can
aggregate both channels for data).

The only "restriction" you will find should be on an external
ISDN TA
connected via a serial port ... Most serial ISDN TA's work at 115kbits
maximum data rate to the PC whereas dual channel ISDN is 128kbits ...
Not much of a resriction but a restriction nonetheless.
