Hmm....

It seems as though that special B.T. department that exists only to F**K
things up has added their input to this...

I presume the structure within B.T is something like this:

R&D dept ---> f**k it up dept  --->  marketing dept

They certainly seem to have been busy recently! - they've done an excellent
f**k-up job on the ADSL product, and on BT Openworld to name but a few of
their recent triumphs!

Just my personal (unbiased!?!) opinion of course!
