You can have up to (I think) 10 - I've got 4 on a standard ISDN2e line.
If you need more than that, then you get DDI instead of MSN. There's a
difference, but I've no idea what it is - DDI and MSN both appear to
work the same way to me. I'm not sure what the limit for ISDN2e is with
DDI - I've had 20 numbers presented on a single ISDN2e, and hundreds on
an ISDN30.

Yes, it does - but it's not much. The cost is per extra number - ISDN2e
comes with 2 as standard. BT's pricelist is at
http://serviceview.bt.com/ - I
think it's £2/quarter/number, if I've
read the page right.

I use a PBX for this - both my home ISDN and work ISDN appear as
seperate lines on the key phones. I can select which to use for
outgoing, and the work line only rings the phone in my home office - the
home line rings everywhere.
