In most cases you'd get more info from that persons domain name details,
etc... hehe.

Only if the post code is attached to a name, and made publicly available in
that format.  Just saying 3 people in the TN12 area for example really
doesn't give much away, if the information is mapped graphically as Mark
suggests then it actually would probably show even less information.
