I've had an idea, the thing is.. I can't remember if it's mine...
My (old) boss used to do this to me - I'd come up with an idea, he'd
say "naah, not a good idea." and then 2 weeks later come up with
the
same 'brilliant' idea of his own...
So... just to set the record straight.. I can't remember if it was
mine.. but here it is.. (simple as it may be)
DS18S20 24 port Hub with Hub Interconnect.
Ok, so the idea is that you make little DS18S20 -> Cat5 plugin
modules which are then patched into the Hub. The hub has an
interconnect so that more hubs can be added. The output is then fed
to your controller e.g. Homevision. The whole idea is that you can
just plug the module into any CAT5 socket and patch it to the hub..
any thoughts?
