The twazzock is charging $6.50 for shipping, so he probably just threw it
out the cheapest way he could..

Yes its undoubtedly possible to get even large items shipped by
air from the States in four/six days but at what cost?
In my case the shipping cost inc insurance was $217 by air 4/6
days or $128 by sea/surface 4/6 weeks. As I wasn't in a rush I
took the cheaper option.
I'd guess that Ian's supplier just went for the cheapest option
without asking Ian!
