Subject: [comfort-technical] NEW Sensor Switch for X10 etc.

Hello All!

Andrew Roberts introduced us to your group and we have been developing the following product as an addition to our conventional wiring type switches and systems.

We have introduced a version of the Multi-way Sensor Switch which will interface directly with X10 systems.

The Multi-way uses small (postage stamp sized) sensor pads running at 5vdc as actuators. up-to 6 of these Satilite Sensor Switches can be necklaced to a Multiway controller that is housed in a ceiling or wall void. This controller is then connected back to the X10 type system.

Switching and dimming of lights can then be performed from any of these Sensor Switches and because they are so small, and calibrate automatically to their soroundings, they can be placed behind faceplates made of plastic, glass, stone, wood etc., and situated at any convenient piont(s) in a room. Also because the Sensor Switches are operating on an isolated 5vdc supply, they are totally safe and can be used in bathrooms, swimming pool rooms etc. etc

If you have any queries, please mail me through the group or direct david@xxxxxxx

regards

David Hampden-Smith
