Does HA increase you electiricty bills ?

Title: Message
I've just recently moved into new house, and I've managed to set up the bulk of my automation, (obviously I will never be finished, otherwise what else would I do with myself, or SWMBO for that matter).

Anyway, to the point, does anyone think that having all this HA gear running 24/7 increases the electricity bill for example.. Do x10 modules have a significant current usage in idle states ? Does HV and comfort use much (no more than the telly in standby, or near abouits I would think). And what kind of consumption would a pc use running 24/7 (monitor off). Just typical vvalues, or has anyone any idea on wether or not the extra usage is a significant factor in the bills they get.

I cant compare previouse usage, as it is a new house.

Thanks,
Eamon
