Keith et al,

I've been installing the new pabx system, but my hunt for telephone master
sockets has stalled - only Maplins seem to stock them - but they only stock
the mini size ones and at ?6/throw.

Is it possible just to install the required components (2 caps and a
resistor) into the existing full size slave sockets to convert them in to
master sockets?
If so, can anyone give me the values of the components needed, as the ones
I've dismantled aren't marked?

TIA
Lee.

I just picked one up and and I'm try to set up up
(on the dining room table before it's real installation)
but I'm getting a lot of strange problems like one of the
phone won't stop ringing and another just runs all the
time. Also the ring leds seem to be on on all the phones.
Argh!

Does anyone have a manual for this thing?

Or can you explain the following terms?
Mode - PABX/Key system/Exclusive
Recall - Earth loop/Timed break
Ring bridge - short/long

TIA
