A good one is crt from www.vandyke.com, it's not free but it is cheap (about $35 and downloadable for a months trial) and it allows all key combinations to be reprogrammed to whatever you want.

You can change fonts easily enough, as for colours I'm not sure as I tend to allow the remote app to use the ansi colour switching.
