Enter the voice of reason :-)

Why not leave a conventional bell push outside and soldering wires to the
inside of a keychain remote mounted inside. Take the guts out of the case
and fit into a neat plastic case of even mount it in an electrical box with
blanking plate.

Just a suggestion from someone who hasnt even got a doorbell!
