If you have all the lights on the same house code you can select the smart
group checkbox on the device action page.

"SmartGroup is used when the event triggers and the X10 commands are
sent
to your devices. If this option is enabled, HomeSeer will group together
all devices with similar actions and located on the same housecode. The end
result is that all these devices will react at the same time. "
