Previously, the DDAR gave line out at max volume - equivalent to Volume
50.

When a DDAR reboots, it resets to volume 25, which is now noticed rather
than ignored!!!

Turn up all the way on the DDAR first :-)

The only thing about this hack is that the line out is now much, much
quiter...have to crank the amp up twice as much for the same volume as
before.

The DDAR hack is very nice but it would be nice to have a different
UI so that it would fit on a ipaq screen.

I would _love_ that.
