What you are asking for is one of these

Which is the ASDL faceplate that BT supply with the standard ADSL
offering that replaces the front of the Master socket. From this
socket I have wired from the back my line into my Comfort and then
out to the phones and my ADSL router is connected via the CAT5
plugged in the front (purple lead).
