Rob,
As far as the aerial goes I would speak to one or two local aerial
companies
for advice. It's a matter of having what's appropriate for the
transmitter
you're on and the signal strength available to you (which will
undoubtedly
be attenuated by siting it in the loft) - rather than simply buying
'the
best' aerial you can (you can have too much signal as well as not
enough).

On to my next phase of HA......
I need to distribute my TV/DVD/SKY/Tivo around the house. If I use the
RF out from Tivo to a distribution amp this I guess will do the job? I
am assuming Tivo will output RF and RGB via scart all at once?
Also can anyone recommend a high quality aerial for standard TV, it
will
be in-loft mounted.
