Bulk MP3 Tag Update

Whilst SWMBO is sitting at home munching chokky biscuits and awaiting the
arrival of our second child (Mid Jan)
I have her hard at work ripping CD's to MP3.

I'm using Grip/CDParanoia/LAME for that bit and I also have a full freedb setup
on the same machine.

I discovered last night that the config of Grip was set to not add ID3 tags to
the MP3's so I now have
a whole bunch of CD's ripped with no tags.

Can anyone suggest a _Linux_ application which will take my MP3 directories, and
update the MP3's with tag info as a bulk update ?

Given SWMBO present state and the fact that everything is 'my fault' and 'never
doing this again!'
I would dread telling her she had to redo those she has already ripped.

Mark

P.S.  Was hard enough to get her to use a Linux laptop
