Hi,

I have to admit that I don't know! And I only have Pal DVD's here :/

I assume it would output NTSC DVD's as NTSC, but as I have never tried it,
I
can't be sure if there is an option to output to PAL :/

Why do you want to do that? Does your TV only support PAL?
