Oh I know that, but I was just pointing out that you already will have
one
or more critical single points of failure in the system with HV etc and
as
this is instended as a _display_ system rather than a _control_ system
then
it dying is not as important as if the burglar alarm fails or HV goes
mad
and attacks you with your automated curtains or whatever.
This does not, of course, mean "oh it's probably gonna fail somewhere
else
anyway, so lets add another weakness to the system", just that as
_possibly_
not as critical system then the central PC idea may be an option for
where
you want to deploy dumb displays.
