agreed but I can understand that they are trying to maintain their
position
in the marketplace.  The problem is that its such a good technology
that it
would be a shame not to use it but I agree they are becoming more
demanding
as time goes by.

I really have trouble understanding them... First the TINI supply
problems, which must mean a lot of people will never seriously
(commercially) use the TINI, and now the 1-wire protocol...
