Idea....

Tim,

As you probably know, I own and let several properties.

As a result of the house prices over the last few years, I'm in a fairly strong position.

To date, I've concentrated on buying "ready to let". However, now I'm wondering about a straight "property development" deal.

The proposition is that "we" find a large place (guessing the size of your brother's old place rather than new) in somewhat run-down condition, and "do it up", not just with the standard interior fittings we're used to, but with some "Home Automation" features as a selling point.

Looking for a business partner to share, at least, the project management (and maybe, but not necessarily, invest some capital.)

Interested?

M.
