Typo?
Wrong way round. The 4-pair system died a death. Current 100Base-T
Ethernet
uses
pins 1,2,3,6 Orange pair and Blue Pair..

Basically 1,2,3,6 are
>used for data and 4,5,7,8 for power, 2 conductors each for positive

^This is the same for all current Ethernet over CAT-5, even Gigabit
only
uses 12,36 for Data, the other four are for POE. There was a thread
about
running the Fuji's over POE, I think Keith came up with the magic
numbers
for current capacity etc...
