OT: 1 year placement in IT

Before anyone complains, I did specifically check with Mark before 
posting this as it is certainly not something for open discussion on 
the list!

I need to recruit an assistant for a 1 year placement with a start as 
soon as possible. The location is High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire and 
the role will involve various activities related to a multi-national 
SAP project. There will be a mixture of some routine tasks and others 
requiring database and programming/scripting knowledge. There will be 
some website (intranet) development as well.

Ideally I would like the candidate to have some genuine experience of 
Access, MS SQL, ASP and VBA, but similar experience and an ability to 
transfer to these packages would also be fine.

The person would be reporting directly to me but would be required to 
work closely with other people in various roles so communication 
skills are also important. The position would ideally suit someone 
doing an IT related degree who was looking for a year out. I would 
like them to start within the next 4 weeks.

The selection process will require candidates to send a CV, then have 
a telephone interview followed by an interview in High Wycombe, but 
due to the urgency of the appointment these will all happen over 
quite a short timescale. So someone who is holidaying in some far off 
country for the next 4 weeks is not going to be able to apply.
