Web info in csv or txt format

I've got some presentation software that'll be running in the office as
kind of
a rolling demo, but it does allow active content to be inserted, albeit in
quite
a primitive way.  Basically I'm after web content (stuff like news
headlines,
weather, traffic info, finance etc etc) in a delimited or, ideally, a plain
text
format.  Any ideas on web sites that have this info, or alternatively
a way I
can parse out all the junk, and just be left with the raw
information?  The
source web site URL must be static - the program cannot cope with
ever-changing
URLs, so, for example, www.news.co.uk/todays_headlines.txt would be
good,
www.news.co.uk/headlines_09082002.txt would be bad, as this would change
daily.
