Just installed the pocket pc software and it updates a file
products.dat
if you open that file in notepad - its very similar to a
comma
delimited.

No, I havn't
hacked
a supermarket, nor do I have any plans to :-)
There are various
sites
on the net where you can enter a barcode & get a
product back, a
bit of extra info from the user (price, use by date etc)
and
you have
a
nice little system.
