Been away so not spent much time on it, but thus far if you are in England you didn't get it, so nothing useful sadly.

Ordered mine at 23:54 on 1/8 and duly received my 'sorry' note at 16.55 next day.
 
Aidan - any trends coming out of the info you are collating?
