Lights switching by themselves

Hi,

I have recently rewired and included 10 x LD10's for light control. I
also have a comfort Alarm with X-10 interface - at the moment comfort
X-10 settings are all at factory defaults.

I am experiencing lights coming on and going off by themselves. It
does not appear to be restricted to any particular room/ld10 unit.

I have tried switching eveything to a new house code (from A -> M)
but the problem persists.

Do I need a whole house filter ?
I've read about line level filters in the US. Will one of these work
and where can I get it ?

OR do you think it is coming from an internal source.
Any help appreciated.

Sorry if this has already been discussed, I seached but could not
find.
