Playing with the old one, it seems maybe the phone was the issue 
after all - have made 1/2 a dozen successful calls and received as 
many with it all working okay.

One thing though is that there seems to be no differentiation 
between incoming and outgoing calls.  
This means that Tivo would tell me to answer the phone when _I'm_ 
the one making the call.

OOI, is this a VB app you wrote Patrick, or something a bit more 
esoteric?
