RE: Weemote woes
(Having just returned from two weeks leave to find circa 1600 e-mails
to
plough through!!)
Not that this e-mail will help you in the slightest, but I've been trying
to
get one of those - I e-mailed the American company asking for any UK
suppliers, only to be told "Sorry, we don't have any UK
distributors."
Bit of an expensive Weemote if I need to take a trip to the US to get
it
(and no chance of blagging a company trip)! Where d'you get yours
from?
Tony (who would also like to drive a Dodgibox with it)

Subject: [ukha_d] Weemote woes
I have acquired a weemote2 (http://www.weemote.com) kids remote
control and was hoping to get it working with my JVC TV and Amstrad
digibox so my kids can click straight to their favourite channels. So
far I've had no luck getting it to recognise the didibox (not
entirely unexpected as it's a US remote) and remotecentral hasn't
turned anything up. Does anyone know what code I could use or have
any advice on how I may be able to "tweak" this remote to
work?
