I don't think anyone will use the standard rio client software
without the displayserver hack(this is what i use at present). Even
though its not very stable its really compulsory, also the guy that
did the hack is presently updating it so we should get a more stable
one out soon. 

I don't have internet access, so being able to stream internet radio
was not so interesting to me either BUT getting my local FM radio
station was a must have for SHMBO approval. Therefore,i still needed
the streaming capability that either jreceiver does or the new
clients do directly.(i use Shoutcast at home to stream the local FM
station).

Reza's client has several webpage displays for the client but it's
very new and i haven't played with it much.
