Is this an occasional & sometimes
random OFFHOOK/ONHOOK message (can't remember the actual string but
that's
what it means) ?? This almost always happens immediately after you go
ONHOOK ? I got this too & in fact it also appears in the Active CTI
product
but not in the ActiveCID ? It creates an incoming call without CID event.
Not
too much of a problem as you just ignore it.
Apparently it's a known issue to do with line
sensitivity -
Crucible issues a support notice (somewhere).

There's a spec on the Crucible site available for
download. That's what I downloaded and realised I could write my own
interface for a bit of fun. Sadly a protocol bug (I get a message from
the
Meteor I don't expect) has kind of thrown me off a bit and then I
