I don't know if this is anything to work with but this line of HS script:

hs.GetURL "http://127.0.0.1:10629/hello world","hello world",FALSE,x

Appears to the YAC listener as:
Name: GET /hello%20worldhello%20world HT
Number: Unavailable Number

Now I know it's pants but thought the concept might be of of some use to someone who
understands how that works, maybe?
