I know.  Proble is for example when friend moved recently and phone no had
to change.
1/2 the phone books didn't get updated so it was a lottery as to whether
you'd get through or not and you never knew which was the right number to
change them all to wnen you were in that frame of mind.
In the good old days, I used to remember ppls numbers, but having ipaqs,
pc's etc, that bit of the brain siezed up long ago :-(
Recently left keys in house with mobile.  Wife away at my sisters.  Had to
phone parents in Ireland (only number I could remember) to ask for sisters
number so I could contact wifey to ask her where (if anywhere) she kept a
secret key for just such contingencies or, failing that, get HER parents
number to go over there (11:30 at night) and get the spare key I knew they
had :-((

Indeed.  Not rocket science, have access to source code, just no idea how to
compie tivo code under windoze and no knowledge of *nix programming :(
