Loudspeaker Cabling?

I've already run ceiling mounted loudspeaker feeds back to Node 0 but now I
want to drop some loudspeaker cabling into the corner of each room to
facilitate the use of an individual "hi-fi" set up.

These cables will be run back to readily accessible locations above the room
where I can cross-connect to allow me any permutation of  loudspeakers/amp
location in each room.

I'm trying to decide how many 79/0.2 cables to drop down the wall.
I'll obviously need one per corner to feed the loudspeaker in the distant
corners but do I need to allow for feeds to rear speakers for surround sound
and centrally located "woofers" or whatever?

I'm guessing that five/six feeds down into each corner will be more than
adequate, has anybody got any thoughts?
