Sorry - wrong question:

I'm asking if different MAPI programs running ON THE SAME CLIENT PC can connect to a MAPI store as DIFFERENT users.

If you're asking if multiple users can connect concurrently to the same
mailbox, then yes, as long as the accounts have the requisite permissions to
the mailbox..
