      It's a good suggestion.

There are two different pieces of work involved:

1: A case that takes both the display AND the keypad.

2: An output plugin for Comfort.

I don't have Comfort, so am looking for volunteers to write a plug-in...

<Can I suggest that, as well as wall-mount, some kind of "free standing"
case, maybe in chrome, that could sit on top of a hi-fi rack, bookcase or similar?>

Would it also be possible to look at mounting a display and the guts of a Comfort Keypad (not the most asthetically pleasing of objects) into a surface mount package, that way when you arrive home you can at a glance see what's been going on around the place while you were away (new emails, callers, asnwer phone messages etc).

I know Comfort can speak various announcements but I'm no great fan of listening to a long winded pitch by my alarm system when I disarm it I would rather read it off of a screen.

            Regards

            Paul
