The
local warehouse idea seems to float which is why Mark and I (in
Northern
Ireland) got confirmation quickly. The offer was crap. Orders were
fulfilled
after 2pm today, most likely after a big meeting. Good for Dixons
though.
Might phone up and ask about 'extended warranty' though, becuase I really
missed
that part of dealing with Dixons ;-)
My Dad
has just told me to 'bring it over to his house and if its a good TV he
will buy
it offf me *for a good profit*' Nice one :-)
Sorry
about your missing it Kevin. My mate in Bangor missed it too. He entered
his
Switch number against a VISA transaction (due to too much drink!) and the
emailed him saying he was an idiot and they couldn't take his money even
though
they wanted to !
