If you want to use Digiguide to replace the Tivo's sub then forget it as
you can not get that much data out of Digiguide.

If you want to use Digiguide to set the Tivo to record manually then this
could be possible with out too much hassle but is it worth it?

If you just want to remotely set the Tivo to record then use a Tivonet 
card and Tivoweb.

If you want to have an unsubbed Tivo with current guide data that's not
