Unfortunately not a lawyer, so can't help directly. Have heard several stories recently of firms threatening legal action to supress bad press. Think was on slashdot a while ago. IIRC there was no merit to the threat & they count on the fear of costs to get their own way. I'd like to think there are penalties for such behavior but I doubt it, and leave the answers to those who actually know. Good luck with it all, hope it can be resolved as the site would be greatly missed. A.
