Just found this in the Farnell catalogue (page 2-1475),

Standard product, as Farnell sell it, is rated +-3.5% RH and +-0.9 C,
though
Sensirion make a +-2.0% RH +-0.5 C unit!

Now, all I need now is some spare time and a PIC chip... ;o)
