Happy to report that LA performed above and beyond last week.  I
placed a
late, due the problems with our new kitchen design and the height above
the
hob of the combined cooker-hood/microwave we are fitting, order on
Friday
and received the parcel by 8am on Sat.  Big thank you to LA as this
allowed
me to get some stuff installed before the fitter started this morning.
