Making a Save-to-disk partition

Next week my Sharp PC-AX20 gets a new HD. I can see no sign of anything
that looks like a STD partition maker.  Anyone know what to use with a
"Insyde ACPI BIOS"?

I have a Recovery CD but also a very strong suspicion that this can't
cope with a "raw" disk that hasn't been partitioned. To test it I need
to dissect my notebook and before doing that would prefer to have a
battery of save-to-disk partition makers available.

A web search produces surprisingly little. There is a suggestion that
"s2d.exe" is what I'm after, but I can't find it anywhere.
