I bought a Wavefinder at the beginning of the year in a January
sale.....only to find similar - reception at my Node 0 was
non-existant.
However, by taking it up to the attic attached to a test laptop, I'd
discovered that a loft aerial will be sufficent - and with co-ax
already
running from my attic to node-zero...it's a no-brainer.
Except for this:
You need a "plug" to attach an external aerial to the Wavefinder
- which
only seems to be obtainable from here -

And for the princely sum of 12quid (ex P+P) !!!!! I only paid 47quid
for
the radio !!
I'm currently investigating some DIY solutions.
