want a condensing boiler. v.efficient, high pressure, fcuks up every
few
weeks :(

my architect guy saying combi are a bit pants. condensing
rule.
Sadly
my baxi barcelona has had more than it's fair share of
problems.

hot though!
And
gr8 pressure.
Defintiely don't want gravity system, unless u want small trickles
instead of raging torrents in your showers.
Mains
pressure system is the way to go!
