I have one, but not yet fully tested, although I do have some time
off this week so can have a better look into it. It does ok so far.

I would have a good read of the manual first as some features are
unusual, ie. it claims switching of lights at dusk, but you need to
buy the extra glass break sensor for this. So far I have not found a
way to register the marmitek 8-1 IR/RF remote yet, as it does not
have an alarm arm button, and it can't learn RF. + you have to
program four phone numbers [not just 2 or 3], so you might have to
repeat same number to fill up the four 'spaces'.
