It may just be the graphics card, try removing/refitting it.
I've had this a few times with freshing (re)built machines.
The whole thing appears to be dead, its some timing issue on the AGP port.

Guys,

The server just died :-(

It gets power and appears to read the drives okay, but no boot screen,
no bios, not a thing...nadda, zip. All I did was restart it!

My guess is after mucking about with it for a short while is that the
CPU is dead since I *know* the mobo and graphics are fine as is the HDDs
can anyone confirm before I go buy a new CPU tomorrow?
