Graham,

I've had this working (just rebuilt my workstation, however, and haven't
reinstalled yet). IIRC, I had to do some mucking about with the user
accounts on the DC. Have you set the user accounts to support
Biometrics?

I also don't have a scanner on the DC - it's not a problem.
