I happened to be at an
exibition
in Dublin last week, and O2 (Cellnet) had a live demo of a 3G phone
connected to
a laptop at thier stand. The basestation was linked back to their trial
network
in Manx telecom, and they brought a Base station over to demo at the
exibition.
Very impressive, showed some movie
clips, web
browsing and games etc which looked quite good, but perhaps they
could of though of somethiing a bit more usefull to demo. Couldnt get close
enough to get much more info etc.
