Shoutcast has a huge 1 meg buffer in it somewhere which is not able to
be bypassed so you will be 30secs-1 min behind depending on what
bitrate
you run it at. I was looking at icecast to get my MP3s to my work
machine, but it has more config options in it and I dunno how to get it
to play from winamp.
