Re: 802.11b drive-by shootings!



I've just started doing a similar thing for Stoke (found about 8 or 9 so
far, 1 network (2 APs) with WEP!.

If anyones nearby/interested let me know :)

One of which (not on map) is related to our company and was quickly slapped
down :)

I remember seeing a "vague"map on something like "theregister.com" or on
bbc's news section around london etc...

If you can't find one, why don't you go ahead and start your own up?

Guys,

I know that consume.net has a map of places which have voluntarily set up
802.11b access points for passers-by.

Is there a similar map of places that have set up 802.11b access points,
with Internet access, without, shall we say, publicising it???
